Todd Borchers

Todd is a Realtor with a passion for helping others. He provides real estate experience, local knowledge, a high level  of customer service, a strong work ethic, excellent listening and thorough follow up.  He is punctual, energetic, professional, and has a can-do attitude. Todd has an extensive professional background as an Educator, Coach, and Trainer. He founded and manages the Special Spirit Program, which provides Special Olympic athletes the equal and equitable opportunity of being able to play sports in a college-like environment. He is also the Head Coach for the Pinkerton Academy Special Olympics Basketball Program in Derry, NH. Todd's Education and Management background provides the foundation for educating buyers and sellers while managing their sales transaction to create a positive experience.
